(NASDAQ: GMET) (“GeoMet” or the “Company”) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,000,000 shares of common stock at a price of $10.00 per share. The Company has granted the underwriters in the offering the right to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any.
